I have seen that Lumia 920 Screen is Gorilla Glass which is extremely strong.
So what about Lumia 820.

Yup thanks .. but how tough/strong is it?
Something like, how much % it is strong of Gorilla Glass, draftly.
I mean, is it droppable? is it bang-able with table, etc?

Can't comment on the percentage..but mind that its a Glass and is only scratch resistant not even scratch proof. So it can get scratched depending on 'How' and 'What' comes in contact and certainly it can break that too depends on 'How' it falls ..
This and THIS are about the Nokia Lumia 920 that has Gorilla Glass but may be interesting reading ..

Oh it is easily breakable so? ![]()
Sigh.. I really love this phone and thus I even purposely choose it against 920 because of 820 is really beautiful and cute. But now the only thing I feel like I did a wrong move .. is because of this weak Glass, which I thought before is Gorilla ![]()

Its essentially the same as gorilla glass, just not branded gorilla glass like the 920 has. Its tough, its scratch resistant so no problem. My wife has the 820 and it seems equally as tough as phones with gorilla glass. Its been dropped several times without any damage.

While Gorilla Glass is a scratch resistant glass not all scratch resistant glass is Gorilla Glass.
Or let's put it this way;
In your thought pattern a Lamborghini Aventador is not a fast car because it is not a McLaren F1.

Hmm, just here only, some are saying it is tough enuf and some are saying it is not.
It would be good if someone can give me some definite description about this Lumia 820 Glass. From Nokia, at least?
Or some private strength tests, as like some other did for other phones, on YouTube?

There is only one source you can get any information on this and it's not this forum. I'd suggest you contact Nokia Care to ask and see if you can get anyinformation on this.

I think as long as you take good care of it, your phone will be fine mate. I don't have keys in my pocket when I keep my 920 in it, and I'm sure the 820 will be just as fine if you take good care of it. if you feel the need, perhaps source a screen protector or gel case for the device. i think it is also good not to have any misconceptions about scratch-resistant / Gorilla Glass, as many users get fooled into believing that the phone will survive any fall from any angle or any height, when that is not the case.

Exactly. Gorilla Glass is scratch resistant, not shatter resistant.

Buy a gel case if your worried solves everything.
Its not like your going to be bouncing it off tables or the floor is it?
There is plenty of drop tests on the net,its all luck at the end of the day how ANY phone hits the ground.
