I have downloaded whatsapp messenger to my nokia lumia 610 but it is so unbelievably slow and doesn't seem to work properly.  I have done all what whatsapp support have told me to do as regards settings and it has made no difference at all.  Is this an all round genuine fault with incompatatbility with the app and the phone or have I missed something?

Unfortunately your 610 is running 256MB RAM which is inadequate compared with say 500MB in Lumia 800 for running this application.

My tiny Sony ericson had less ram n worked perfectly fine. So could it just be because my lumia is windows not android.
