I want to assign fixed IP address and DNS to Lumia phone for Wi Fi network. But editing ip address is disabled on phone. Can someone help with how to edit network settings?

Are you able to specifically reserve and assign ip addresses from your router? that would probably be the best way if you can. Normally you will just need the mac address to do this.

Thanks for this. Actually I am looking for assigning DNS than IP. The automatic DNS picked up on DSL broadband doesn't work sometimes. So I have to specify another DNS. Please help if I can edit DNS on my Nokia Lumia 710.
