Does anyone here have problems connecting to the WiFi router? As I had to reset the phone and then again it stopped working. I can't use my wifi anymore. Also it said incorrect password even too it's right and on the right network name too.
Is there anyway that this can be resolved???

As Matthew said.
I had this issue with My router, If your security is set to WPA or WPA2, the key is Case Sensitive
But WEP doesn't care how you enter the key

No issues here with Wifi or 3G
Do you have anything else connected to wifi that you can check the connection with?

@ Foxmeister
I am able to access all the sites without any problem via IE. But when i load youtube and click on any video it says: Sorry, we can't play this file on your phone. And this particularly happens when I am connected via wifi.
Plus I am unable to download anything from Marketplace when connected via wifi. Gives me error code: 805a0197
Help!

I have noticed this same message occasionally on my Lumia 719 when on YouTube.
I have not noticed a pattern as regards WiFi / 3G connection.
Often it will do this on only 2 or 3 vids & play all others.
I assumed it was a video format compatibility issue.
Not much help, I'm afraid.

Hi All,
I am facing the same issue, unable to play videos when connected through WiFi. Error "Sorry, we can't play this file on your phone."
All the while I was under the impression that it was the issue with type of the file.
Can anyone help ! !

Hi JGudime,
Thanks for your post and welcome!
Please be aware that IE9 on Windows Phone does not support playback of Flash content. Attempting to play Flash content will result in the message reported in the previous post.
There are a number of different apps in Marketplace which will allow playback of YouTube video.

I have exactly the same problem. If you got it solved, please respond.
The password is always incorrect or it says it can't connect to the WIFI, even though I'm 100% sure it is correct.
I've tried WEP and WPA2.
I also sent mail to Nokia about this and they just said WEP is not secure enough...
All other equipment connect to my WIFI with no problems, including Lumias from other people.
All the sw updates have been applied. Booted and reset tens of times...

I have an issue with 3 different WIFI locations (home, work, church). Even though I have the wifi profile saved, it will randomly say "Unable to Connect". I can try turning off/on Wifi, delete the profile, but when it is in that mode, it will not work until I soft reset the phone, which promptly auto-reconnects. It may be a WP7 issue, as I had a Samsung Focus that did the same thing.

I have a lumia 800 with 7.8 firmware and noticed the same issue today.
had no problems earlier.
problems seem to have started when i altered my wifi to support both 2.4G and 5G and set them on a fixed channel.
i reset them to 2.4G only and automatic channel and after that, I was able to connect again...
did any of you did anything similar?
