Win 7.8 for Lumia

So, i received from service Lumia, that had problems with some homepages woth messahe, that I have to regularry update software. My surprise was that now I have still "unreleased" win 7.8 on my device (Nokia lumia 800). Why confuse customer and blame him for update that is unavailable for him? I have now ver WP 7.8, OS 7.10.8858.136; firmware 1750.0823.8858.12460 on my phone...
So it does not hang any more on those internet pages that I experienced before. But there i can not find local keyboard input language. Previously I had heard and red rumors that at least all EU country languages in new 7.8 will be supported. Does it mean that there will not be this support or I have very first upgrade that will have these additions later?

Good thing - at the moment newer version looks working good...
Nokia 1611, 2210, 3110, 5110, 6210, 6310, 6310i (up to these models totally satisfied)
Then don't remember model, then E50 (mostly happy), then N97 mini - phone with briliant keyboard, but poor touchscreen, then business phone E07, phone that can not make a photo of contract, invoice or business card. poor design of usb port and 5 months at service did it - my nowadays phone is Apple. Company gave me Asha 300, so frustrating, that I use my old E50 instead...

Some WP7 devices will be released with WP7.8 (Like on the Nokia Lumia 510) so I guess you're lucky to have one.

Not sure about the keyboard language input..

I'm not the lucky one. I have the 6 months earlier purchased phone back after 2nd time in service. First time in service was simple waste of time because nothing changed...

So, now I have from service WP 7.8 on my device, but still do not have promissed (rumored) local language input support... How hard it can be in 21st century to add all EU coutry (or separately available as dowload) keyboard input languages???

It looks strange, that phome menu, date etc. Is shown il local language, but ņo keyboard input available in this language...

F.e. Apple os, is not in local language, all menus are in few languages only, but For input from keyboard you can use right letters for nearly each language on the world. This really allows to use phone smart functions, use maps with right address transcriptions, edit documents etc...

I've a Lumia 900 of ver. 7.5 since Jan 2013 and I have no updates of 7.8 hitherto despite calling Nokia numerous times where they give me assurance that I will be informed for the update by latest end Feb 2013. I am watching the update status on my phone everyday but only with disappointment. Nokia said they roll out by batches at telco discretion but telco denied of such arrangement. At least give an explanation for the delay and not pushing around. If I buy a phone and depending on luck for any upgrade, that left much to be desire. Once bitten, twice shy, never will I want to go through this again.
