Hi .. I got a problem wish is my Nokia Lumia 920 started to hang\Lag and I have to full restart by using volume + shut button more than 2 times. ! And more than that ! My WI FI turn its self with out any order from me and that really bother me ! My phone is brand new ! Please make sure its not a software problem ☹

hi mate,

have you checked that you are up-to-date with all the latest Nokia system app updates in the Store? and if taht doesn't work, then you will need to perform a hard reset (Settings > About > Reset your phone). bear in mind that this reset wipes everything, so please make a backup of all personal data to PC and / or online storage first.

The WiFi will turn itself off when the screen locks in WP8 pre-Portico. However, in phones running Portico you have the option to keep WiFi active under screen lock.

I am getting very frustrated waiting for Portico. Just got off the phone with Nokia and have been told it will be another 3 or 4 weeks. Until then I have to perfor daily or twice daily resets. Not Happy and cannot recommend the Lumia 920. The time taken to deploy fixes is rediculous

My Nokia Lumia 920 has suddenly stopped working. It's just displaying 'Nokia' which it does while we start up the phone. Can anyone help me in solving this issue? I even held the power button for a minute, still it didn't work. Please help!

Try pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together until it vibrates.
