the more apps you installed the more 'square' you got on you phone screen, it's very hard to find out the right app you want to choose. how to folder these apps? or categorize them?

Not every app appears as a square by default, most show on the alphabetical apps list that is displayed when you swipe across the home screen (or press the white arrow, top right).

On the apps list you can hold your finger on it and select the option to display it as a tile. You can drag and re-order the tiles to display things in the order you want.

Some apps, like music apps, have the option to also display a link in the music+videos hub, and photo apps also have the option to be accessible within the photos hub.  Not all 3rd party apps take advantage of this feature, but I sure like the apps that do!

You can also search for apps in the programs screen by tapping the search icon (that is just under the arrow)
