please can someone help?

i have a nokia lumia on t-mobile, i have received the unlock code from t-mobile.

i have entered the code but it keeps saying incorrect code???

i have tried it with other network micro sims but it doesnt remove the restriction.

i have 5 attempts remaining.

is there a particular procedure i have to follow?  like with other previous nokia handsets etc.

From which country was Lumia 800 supplied on T-Mobile?

Have you received an eight digit code and did you key this in after getting PIN request when you inserted SIM for new network?

yes i have a 8 digit code from T-Mobile

i put in the 3 network micro sim that i want to use, the message comes up to enter PIN which i am doing, but the message says 'incorrect pin'???

i have tried using O2 micro sim and giffgaff microsim.

there isnt an option to enter the "pw method" etc.

when It came up asking for the PIN, did you enter the PIN number you've set on the sim card?

(not the 8 digit number T-mobile gave you

If you haven't set a PIN number on the 3 sim, the default one is 0000

Be aware though that if it is the SIM PIN it's asking for, you only get 3 chances before it Bars the SIM

You won't get the PW+ method of unlocking this phone as this is a symbian thing, not WP
