Firstly may I say great phone, no problems here so far and I've had mine since launch day in the UK.

when you link to an internet page through twitter or Facebook it automatically launches internet explorer, no problem however once I close the aforementioned application and open internet explorer it always resumes at the previous linked to page, as said not a problem but is there any way to change this so explorer always opens with say google.

Any help appreciated

Hi Katandleew,

IE in your Lumia is set to always open with the last page viewed. 

You can still pin to start the Google page on a tile on the home screen to instantly load with one touch.
