Err, have you opened the Wifi on your PC? According on your desktop, it's not open.

It's not on the Dial and VPN settings. It will appear on the Wireless Network (If I remember well)

And it's not the Broadband connection that you should connect.

my laptop not have wi-fi,
That's why me connect wireless receiver.
Which wi-fi device should campertable?
