hello sir/mam,
after getting back on 04/02/13 from ur head office the problem is still not yet solved and the nokia care people again took the device and send it head office and said it will take 10-12 day, so my question is from 14/01/13 to 04/02/13 if 4 time i need to give for service then when i will use the device, top of that this time saw one more problem that is touch screen its not working fine, 3rd time only i requested to ncc people for replace the device but they dint do that, so this my request to u please this time replace my device coz not even one day i use the device, Ref no: 1-13616618343, IMEI No XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, job sheet no 518465550/130123/36, thanks
