I think its not such a big issue, it was an issue in lumia 800 before update release,,, nokia no doubt is working on it and it will be fixed by an update...

 If what some people are reporting is a software issue, then it's up to Microsoft to issue a software update. Nokia have no control over WP8 and don't provide updates for it.
