lumia 920 voice during calls

many people say me when i call them, that they hear my voice not clear, and voice goes up and down.

it's problem with the mic of the phone? what can i do?

If its a problem with the mic then it is hardware issue. You need to have it checked out at your local Nokia Care Point. You can locate your nearest care point using the link below.

I'm on my second new Lumia 920 in a week and I'm having the same issue with this phone, again. On a call they say my voice fades in and out and they can't hear me half the time, and I'm a LOUD talker. On the first phone they said it probably was the mic. I'm so frustrated to try, transfer, load, reload & set up.... another new 3rd 920??? Are these just Defective phones???

Hi mate,

Have you tried performing a soft reset (pressing volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates)? IF that doesn't work, then perform a backup of all your personal data onto PC or SkyDrive and perform a hard reset (Settings > About > Reset your phone).

Failign that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to inspect: http://nokia.com/support
