hi all

my nokia lumia 800 7.5 get freez/hang most of time while i amlistening music and texting/messaging

no button works, i have to keep press power button until it turn of(no good bye screen comes)

then after restart . 2 or 3  latest text in a thread (which was open while freezing) got deleted

this happen so many times

i am bangged up bu this

pl help me out

Is Wi-Fi turned on? Applications running in the background? 

As updating the software is the most recommended thing to do, can you wait a little bit more, my friend? Microsoft has announced that the 7.8 update will be available early this year (Q1). Read more here: An update on Windows Phone 7.8.

dear wifi off...every thing...just music with handfree( original one ) and texting...one thing...i got about 6-8000 message /saved in cell...
and i can wait for 7.8, actually i am waiting......

8000 messages? That's a pretty huge number and I'm thinking it might be one of the factors as it also freezes while you're in messaging/while you're texting. But as I mentioned above and as you are waiting for it, updating the device is the best thing to do.

I would also try getting those text messages off your phone, any phone having that amount of messages stored on there would not be unexpected to have such performance lags.

well dear am facing problem scince here were no message in it,i reset once,device work in cwry good flow even wih such number of text....but freezing..........

in which case, i would just clear everyyhting off the phone and make a backup to cloud service and / or PC, and give the phone a hard reset and re-install everything, so you have a clean fresh slate to begin with. If its been overloaded with all those messages, a spring clean would do it a ton of good mate.
