Hi,

I got nokia lumia 920 and and by mistake i deleted the Nokia City Lanes.

I was looking everyware and i culdn't find any way to restore it withouth formatting my phone

how can i restore it without format my lumia 920?

Have you tried going to 'Store' and dowloading from the Nokia Collection section?

By 'Lanes' I guess you meant 'Lens'.....

To find Nokia City Lens, goto the Store>Nokia Collection. If it isn't listed, just open any of the other Nokia apps, then scroll down to More from Nokia Corporation. You should now see a list containing all Nokia apps which should incliude City Lens.

when i go to this link via my lumia it doesn't let me download it tell's me it's not supportend my phone or location.

and it does support my location and my phone
i try to download it as XAP file.
and i cant install it 

i dont know what to do anymore

i had it and it was work before.
my phone got stuck so i thought it's a bug with this app
and i deleted this, and now i know i'ts not because of this

I can only suggest that your location is the cause of the problem. Am I right is saying that you bought the phone from another country and it had City Lens preinstalled. What are you country and language settings and what is the country setting for the Live account you used to register your phone?

i bought it in Hong Kong..
but wen i looked at the info of this app it clearly said.
it's support Hebrew

You can try changing the language and country and see if that works but I have a feeling you may have to wait until the next time you are abroad.

I'd changed the lang to english an try to install it... still isn't working

and i'm not going back to hong kong...

Did you change the "Country" setting? You don't need to go back to Homg Kong. Just need to be where the restrictions are not as stringent.

Another thing you could try, and once again, I cannot guarantee it will work, is to change the country associated with your Live account. Personally I think your IP address is causing the server to block certain apps. Could try using a proxy I suppose.

i used wifi and my cell phone internet.
and i checked again the account is configured ok
