search field in App highlights is gone

I was searching for apps and then installed. Installations were all successful, but as i tried searching again for other apps ,i realized quickly that the search field is missing already. I cannot search other apps or gamrs anymore. Huhuhu..

There was a serious bug in the app where the search revealed private, unpublished and beta apps in the store. Pending a fix the search function has been  disabled (source)
