Talked to Nokia support over the phone yesterday and they unexpectedly gave me the run around. They are trying to say the issue is not with the phone because the phone is only "a receiver". They told me I wouldn't get anywhere trying to do a warranty claim. I was very shocked by their response to my issue. This is obviously a problem with the phone if you read my circumstance I posted. How can one phone of the exact same model be able to receive WiFi better than the other...how could this not be the phone's fault (especially after verifying the router is fine)...how can this not be a quality control and repeatability control issue with Nokia? This phone retails for almost $500 without contract. I cannot accept the wireless performance of this product. Tomorrow I will have to go to at&t to see what they say

Ihave the same problem with my Nokia Lumia 920 on every wifi network i connect to.
I get around 5 mb download and 10 mb upload with it.
My iphone on the same network gets 14 mb down and 16 mb up.
I am so disappointed in this phone.

I take those speed test app results with a pinch of salt. An actual file download test from the same server will provide a more accurate and realistic result for comparison purposes and often bear no resemblence to the speed test app results.
