Hi 575leon,
Welcome to Nokia discussions board!
I advise you to uninstall Nokia Suite from your PC, download a PC Optimization and Cleaning program to clean Nokia Suite registers.
Then reinstall Nokia Suite from this link.
And connect your device again to your PC and see if Nokia Suite detects your phone.
Let us know how you get on and feel free to post any other questions you may have.
Regards,

@ 575leon,
Could you please submit an error report first of all. Then if you have not tried yet, you could download the beta version of Nokia Suite 3.4.48. Could you also please link to the thread(s) in which you have received troubleshooting, so we know what you have already tried.
Hope the beta works.

No luck unfortunately.
Still says "phone is not in PC Suite USB mode. Nokia Suite could not recognnise you phone. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable"
Phone is indeed in USB SUite mode.
Any other advice?

Hi 575leon
Could you please follow these steps and check?
1. Disconnect your phone from PC if connected.
2. Open Control Panel and go to ‘Programs and Features’
3. From the list of available programs, choose ‘Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver’
4. Click on the ‘Change’ button on top toolbar.
5. In the setup dialog box that pops up next, choose ‘Repair’ and select ok. Wait for setup to complete.
6. Restart the computer if prompted.
7. Now connect your phone to the PC. Driver installation should complete and Nokia Suite (hopefully) should detect your mobile properly now.

Followed all the steps and device was updated succesfully but still fails to recognise device in Suite. Keep on asking to "change the USB mode to Suite mode" but phone is in Suite mode. Picks up phone as generic Nokia device.
Still not working

Done it several times in past as well but still no success.

Hello 575leon,
Are you using the hub?
Could you try to connect your device dirrectly to USB port?
Could you try also to connect to the different USB port?
I hope it helps.

Hi.
Marina
Not sure what you mean with "hub" but I use a normal Nokia USB cable (CA 1010) to connect direclty to PC USB ports. I've used different ports and used other cables as well. No improvement.

Hi 575leon,
One more question.
And you didn't have any connection problems with previous versions of Nokia Suite, you face this connection problem only with 3.4 version?
