Hi,

I have uninstalled by mistake "Media DS Plugin" on my Nokia E72 phone and now Nokia Suite doesn't recognize my phone when i connect it via usb cable. Is there any way to fix this? Does anyone who uses E72 have the Media DS Plugin installation file and send it to me via email?

Any kind of help or suggestion would be much appreciated.

 You can go to your local Nokia care center and they would help you out.

 They might install the latest software on your E72.

my country is not listed, i guess we dont have a nokia care center. Is there any chance to get the plugin back if i reset to factory settings? I hope to find another solution without resetting the phone.

Hi ichundu,

 I am not sure if factory reset will solve your problem. You must contact then your nearest country where the Nokia care center is located.

so, i have this problem only on my home and work compters. when i connect the phone to anyother computer, nokia suite recognizes it without any problem. it also installs its support software. i can remove the 'media ds plugin' as many times as i want and connect it again to these other computers and it will be recognized with no problems. only in my home and work computers nokia suite does not detect my phone. i've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling nokia suite with no luck. i guess reinstalling windows would solve the problem.

if there is anything else i can try (without reinstalling windows) please let me know.
