Those who all having updating error such has Error: 12048. Don't get angry like me. 
This problem is not because of our device, or USB port, or your PC.
It's because it has to be Run as an administrator.
So It's nothing,
- Just right click the "Nokia Suite" shortcut icon
- Then click "Run as administrator"
- Then continue your update.
