How will i back up my data using nokia suite?

Connect the phone to PC..Open Nokia Suite -->Tools -->Back-up ...

You may also use the SYNC tab at the bottom (next to the phone icon) which will sync various data (Contacts, Messages, Images, Music, etc) and you will be able to see them in the Suite itself. Back-up file will be in .nbu format and you will not be able to see the stored data without other special programme / application ...
