when I re.install the softwere of my nokia 500 nokia suite download half softwere file and gave eror 'service not available' and after nokia suite didn't download any more I have tried many time

Not sure if NSU makes any difference..but no harm giving a try ..

I'd go with what Farby has said, its a much more reliable and faster firmware update through Nokia Software Updater than thru Nokia Suite.

Download this program that Farby has linked to here: http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_EN.exe

Then install it, and follow the on-screen instructions and try updating your phone firmware with that program.

Not sure about you but to me NSU has been no use what so ever.

It tells me to download Nokia suite and use that to reinstall the phones firmware.

Any other suggestions as i also have this very annoying problem.
