I was updating the software of my asha 305, the connection to the computer was lost, my phone has off automatically, and then Nokia suite instruct some steps, I did all the steps but my phone does not start. I think it is totally dead, please somebody help me. Can I fix it myself without going to some nokia care??
Now displaying Error code 12052 on nokia suite.
And displaying a notification on my desktop: "Hardware Id Missing"

Only thing you can try is remove the Battery for a couple of minutes, Insert and see if the phone switches ON or getting recognised by the Nokia Suite and starts the update process .. If NO, you need to visit Nokia Care.
