Help, since accepting upgrade to Nokia Suite 3.3.86 3 weeks ago my Nokia 5230 has refused to sync messages or send/receive with my laptop. [The main PC is still running the previous version and syncs OK] All the other syncs work fine it's just messages. I have tried repairing and reinstalling but no improvement, any help please, Rob

Did you try the 'Repair Sync' option in the Nokia Suite (Sync-->Repair Sync) ..

Else, you may try the latest Beta (v3.4.16) from here ... For downloading, you need to log-in using the same credentials that you use on this Forum ...

Thanks for reply, tried all repair options but still no message sync. Down loaded 3.4 Beta and installed but still no message sync!

Not sure if this is due to some currupted message.. Connect the phone to PC..Open Nokia Suite -->Messages and click on 'Inbox' next to the Phone Icon at the bottom...Now Select about 10 messages and Drag-and-Drop in the Inbox at the top.. Select the next 10 and repeat.. See if you can successfully do that manually...

Hi, the phone when connected to PC suite shows no content in either the inbox, sent or draft folders and the messages in PC suite are over 3 weeks old. When sync is requested PC suite runs trough the process and says sync is complete but no change to messages. As all other syncs work is any settings on my 5230?

Going thru' the PM you have sent, it seems you need to report the issue at the Beta Labs along with the log file as mentioned here ...
