Hi there.
I have upgraded to Nokia suite 3.6.36 on my laptop and I am having issues with connecting my C6-01. My phone connects via USB and the software recognizes it, but when I go to do something, such as software updates or anything to do with phone info & tools I get a message saying that Nokia suite is busy.
So I basically can't do anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yip same thing. It says:
"Nokia Suite is busy.
Sorry to stop you in your tracks but Nokia Suite is busy. Please try again in a while."
I am unable to do anything. Is there anywhere I can get an older version of Nokia Suite?

Did you update thru' the UPDATE option in the earlier version of Nokia Suite or downloaded a fresh Installer file from here ? If you did the earlier, download the installation file and run it once again .. If it prompts for REPAIR ..go for it..If you have done the later, un-install the Nokia Suite and Install again. Then try again.

I also encountered this one. All you have to do is to wait for the capacity (in the right corner of the nokia suite, phone info and tools) to finish updating. After that you can update or whatsoever without encountering that prompt.

Your link shows that its for versior 3.6 but after downloading and during installation, it shows thet its 3.5. Any Idea about that?

Now I found something. With Windows XP "Suite is busy" but with Windows 7 in another computer Suite works as expected. Maybe helps...

Hi guys I am having the same problem, i can't do anything on the ovi suite, i tried letting the capacity update but I waited 12 hours (left it overnight) and nothing happened, it still says "capacity updating..." i tried reinstalling the app, turning off my phone and trying it again and nothing changes. My phone is a Nokia C3-00 and my ovi version is 3.6.36. Please help me i really need to backup my sms T_T

Can you give a try to the latest Beta version from HERE ? To download the installer, you need to log-in using the SAME credentials that you use on this Forum ...

It seems from reports all across this site that there are many issues with nokia suite but the one that stands out appears to be maps. I have downloaded aps from nokia suite but when i try anything to do with maps it just goes ballistic with all sorts of different error messages. My question is this, why is it that nokia would seem to be doing nothing to resolve this problem. And does anyone from nokia ever read these posts. I have contacted nokia about this issue and had no reply So much for customer service
