I've connected before with bluetooth & can still use bluetooth with other applications, when I go to connect phone, it says the bluetooth modem might need insstalling but just gets stuck 'checking'.

Hello,

I'm having a similar problem but with an N86 and syncing contacts from the phone to MS Outlook.

I say similar, because I can only connect my phne and PC (Windows XP) by bluetooth as the USB on my phone is broken.

The problem started today when I installed the latest version of Nokia Suite (3.7.22). For the past few years everything had ben fine - until I installed the new software.

I rememer something similar happening a few years ago when I had an N73 and that stopped syncing when I installed a Nokia update.

Now I'm screwed ad am once again thinking that Nokia are incompetent.

I just want my phone to work - like it did yesterday!

BTW, I meant to say that I'm getting error code 80200005 but I can't find out what that is.
