Nokia Suite on PC never displays photos/videos in my N97.

For the Gallery in the phone view: The message is always 'You have no photos in this folder in phone', when I do have several images and videos taken. 

 

I have version 3.3.89 and this has happened for previous versions as well.

I have the same problem with Nokia suite but with Music, it tells me that I have no music installed on my E7. This too was a problem with previous versions of NS.
