Dear Sir,

       Could anyone know how to solve the installation problem. 
As I executed "Nokia_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe" ,a message

appears as attached on my computer screen. The message

also has a hyperlink called "please install the certificate" which

connects to the website called

http://www.verisign.com/support/verisign-intermediate-ca/code-signing-intermediate/index.html

       The computer is an isolated computer which has OS of

Microsoft Windows XP, HOME EDITION, VERSION 2002 ,

SERVICE PACK 2, it has not being upgrated OS since it been used.

Hi marcchen,

Could you check your Intermediate CA certificates the following:

1) Please go here: http://www.verisign.com/support/verisign-intermediate-ca/code-signing-intermediate/index.html to update your Intermediate CA certificates.

2) You will see 2 boxes with garbled text - one primary and one secondary.

3) Please copy and paste the text each into a text file using a text editor such as notepad. Then save those files with a .cer extension.

4) Then import those certs into Windows by right clicking on those .cer files and selecting Install Certificate from the menu.

Hi Marina,

         My thanks for your quick answer. Due to don't have such experience before
please help me to confirm something below. That is:

*The Intermediate-CA-certificates website mentions two kinds of certificates,
 including the before-May17_2009 one and the between-2009-to-Oct10_2010 one.
 You seems to suggest me to use the later one?
*I find that as the extension changes to .cer, this file's icon also simultaneously
 be changed in the file cabinet as attached (sorry, it shows some Chinese characters
 but hope the highlight icon should be right?).
*You mentioned to right click the icon. And a pop-up menu appears as attached. I
 highlight the second item been ready for executing (there is an "(I)" for your
 reference), is it right?

Hi Marina,
You have applied all the steps and succeeded certificate, although this could not install the Nokia Suite on my computer
I hope that my words will be a concept for I am not good at English, and I use a translation program
