I have the same problem, followed the tips from

but I still see the same error

I've tried syncing both with cable and Bluetooth -- same error

I had checked, no duplicate contact.

and I am still having the same problem.

I am using Ovi Suite 2.2.1.23.

More than a month since my last post -- still not able to sync

Is there anyone with some kind of Nokia affiliation that even recognizes that I have a problem or should I be barking up some other treee??
