I got the same bluetooth error when I  updated to Nokia Suite 3.8.30. It says Nokia 5230(Not Supported) when I tried to connect it via Bluetooth. but before this update it worked fine with my previous installation of Nokia Suite. I still can connect it to Nokia Suite via USB and can send files and everything via Bluetooth without Nokia Suite but really be helpfull if someone could help me to fix this. I tried to unstall both Nokia Suite and Drivers, also resetting the mobile, removing and adding phone to windows devices and all that but nothing works...
