i have a c5-00.2 model

i cant  this phone connect with my pc

It is best you install the Nokia Suite again and also to hard restart your phone.

If it didn't help:

- Go to Program and Features or Add remove in Control Panel

- Unistall Nokia Suite

- Uninstall also Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver and PC connectivity Solution

- Then restart computer.

- Download and install Nokia Suite

- Restart Computer again

- Connect the device, do not open Nokia Suite and wait for all the driver to be loaded by windows.

- Once done then launch Nokia Suite. and restart computer and try again.

 If you still have this problem could you please try out these steps:

1. Exit Nokia Suite (File -> Exit ) and Disconnect you device from your PC
2. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers
3. See if your device is listed there. Right click you device and delete it.
4. Now connect you device
5. A bubble notification, "Installing device drivers for your device will appear up", click that bubble
6. See if all the things go successfully
7. If it is all OK then start Nokia Suite (If not, then take a screenshot of that and upload it in reply to this post)
8. Start Nokia Suite and see if your device is shown as connected
9. Now try out updating your phone software

Connecting with Bluetooth

With a Bluetooth connection you can connect without cables; you can also pair your phone and your computer so that they connect automatically whenever they’re in range.

1. To pair you computer with your phone, both of them need to have Bluetooth connectivity. To find out if your phone supports Bluetooth connection, go to the Find devices page. Under By key features, select Bluetooth to see all Nokia phones that have Bluetooth connectivity.
   Alternatively, you can check your phone’s User Guide to find out if the phone supports Bluetooth connections.
2. Check your computer’s Bluetooth settings to make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your computer is discoverable.
3. Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on and that it is visible to other Bluetooth devices.
4. Select Bluetooth as the connection type when running Nokia Suite for the first time, or when adding a new phone via Tools > Add new device.
5. Select your phone when it shows up in the list, and click Next.
6. Enter the given passcode on your phone when prompted to pair your phone and your computer.
   On certain newer phones you only need to check that the passcodes match in Nokia Suite and on your phone.
7. On your phone, accept any connection requests from your computer.
8. Set your computer as authorised in your phone’s Bluetooth settings to allow your phone to be automatically connected when in range.
