Hello,
after i download Pc Suite, version 3.4.1 in order to update my nokia, model x3-00, i face trouble signing in.
I couldn't sign in on it , so i couldn't update it. Than, I tried to log in from Ovi page, and i signed on.
So, why i can't sign in at that Pc software?

Is it PC Suite or Nokia Suite ? Anyways you may try the latest Beta from HERE .. To download, you need to log-in using the SAME credentials that you use on this Forum. Un-install the existing version and fresh install. See if you can sign-in now ...

well, it is pc suite software.
The nokia costumer care told me there is cookies trouble.

I suspect that it is Nokia Suite that you have, (the latest pc suite, which is quite old now, is v7.x. Even my old 6310i uses v4.x, so itis unlikely that a recent phone would be supported by pcsuite 3.4)

Your log in problem could well be caused by the program being blocked by your computer's firewall, you'll need to check the settings and if it's not listed as an exception you will need to add it.

(In XP it's found by Start>Control Panel>Security Center and then choose manage settings for the firewall, under the exceptions tab you'll find the button to add program. Other versions of windows wil be similar. If you have a different firewall installed you'll need to look through it's settings)
