ovi suit/pc suite setting file is missing from the phone!

hi all i have a nokia 6300 device, each time i connect it with nokia pc suite, i get this msg: ovi suite/pc suite does not support the connected phone. ovi suite/pc suite setting file is missing from the phone i tried it on windows xp and windows 7, but same problem i also tried nokia pc suite versions 6.6.16 and 5.80.020 instead of 7.1.62.1 but couldn't connect. now i need a way to save my contacts and messages from phone to my pc pls
