My phone Nokia 6120 classic version 6.51.bt i want to update latest version 7.20.bt when i use pc to phone connect with nokia software updater 3.0.655,the message show there r no device software updare available.pls solve the problem.

Availability of update depends on Product Code / Region. Also, for Network locked devices, update is possible only after an approval from the Operator. As per this, even if an update is released by Nokia, it does not necessarily mean for YOUR device. Keep on checking.. thats the only thing you can do.

Hope you have checked for availability thru' the phone too. If not, dial *#0000# and then under Options--> Check for updates. Sometimes the updates are released only thru' OTA..

Can i upgrade the higher version like 7.20?

plz kknow me in detail procedure,have u any special ovi suite or nokia software updater that u upload any link that i download nd use it.

NB.

i tried Nokia software updater setup (file version2.2.28.0 )nd

nokia suite webinstaller all (file version 3.4.40.0)

There is NO way you can update if the Phone or the Nokia Suite doesn't show the availability. Only chance you have is to ask your local Nokia care whether they can do it. Else, wait and keep checking..
