5800 device-specific data backup error

I'm tired of getting error on backup. I'm getting error on 70%, when it is backing up some “device-specific” data.
Here's the report:

The Nokia device model-specific backup includes:
- 9 user files from the Nokia device memory (0.04 MB)

- 67 contacts
- 36 calendar items
- 5 notes
- 32 text messages
- 3 multimedia messages
- 13 bookmarks
- 9 user files from the Nokia device memory (0.04 MB)

The following items could not be backed up:

Tried to backup on two different PCs and no positive result. Tried reformatting the phone but it didn't help. Win XP SP2, Ovi v1.1, FW 31.0.008
Suggestions?
