Android is completely differnet operating system so not sure what you are talking about here.
You will need to contact the developer of the app you like, and ask them about plans for Symbian. i doubt that they will develop for the platform, as it has been placed in maintenance mode and devices will no longer receive any firmware updates, as Nokia's last device was the 808 a year ago and their focus is now on Windows Phone and the Asha range.
