 I don't see the problem here. Those apps start up to allow faster access which does improve performance. They don't use up that many resources and certainly don't impact on battery life either.

 In any case, the solution is simple. Install Appstop and once the phone has booted, launch the app and hit the big white cross. All those apps will be closed, so job done.

I think there should be settings that allowes to turn of auto start. Since some apps stay in the background.
