I have a Nokia C7 type in my home in Indonesia. Is the C7 can be charged with operating system Windows Phone? I have seen Specifications C7 comes standard with Windows Phone.

No, you can't run Windows Phone on the E7 for a huge number of reasons.

What the hell are you talking? C7 is a symbian phone. If you want windows phone then buy a new phone?
