Hi

 First time i have used reminders for a while just noticed that it seem a bit strange to turn off

 When i set reminder for a  Calendar Avent

 The phone responds with the set tone at the right time

But it seem difficult to Stop the phone does not seem to respond by the home button or swipe  till the Alarm  has stopped  ringing a bit of a pain if somewere quite

 I also can not see anyware that you can alter the tone

You can also flip the phone to silence the calendar event, alarm as well as ringtone.
