Communicator configuration for sign in name and domain name

If I go to my companies CWA URL, I get the web access screen. It prompts me for a Sign-In Name (my email address in this case) and a Domain\user (my Windows/Active Directory) account. If I do not enter both, it fails to login. How do I do this on my N8? There is only one username box, which is the Domain\user value, but none for the other value. When I try to sign in, I get an error complaining about network issues and error code -36. The network is fine, as I get incorrect username when I enter the wrong details, but I get nowhere with these current config.

To further extend this, I get an error "Sign in cannot be completed due to network issues." Error -36.
