Contact names not showing

I recently upgraded my 700 to belle fp2 I then synced my contacts in the Nokia media centre. Since then when ever I get a incoming call the contacts name does not show, only the number. I have deleted all the contacts and reinstalled them still no go. I have read problems occur when the number is saved to the sim and phone memory. But with the new feature pack I don't know how to access the sim to see if the contacts are duplicated.
Any help appriciated.

Go to Contacts and tap three horizontal line icon at bottom right of screen > SIM numbers:

That option is not there, I have merge 2 contacts, mark multiple items,search from server, nokia sync, copy contact card,settings, memory details.
