There is NO flash player available yet. You have to wait for the PR 2.0 update.

You can try Opera Mobile 11 which has HTML5 support and does work on youtube so should work on other flash video websites.  Goto www.m.opera.com on your phones browser to download.

Only news I heard about Adobe Flash 10 on Symbian is from 2009

Heard no official news about a ready version of Adobe Flash 10 for symbian beeing released

Pretty sure its Flash Lite 4 used in the 7.3 browser in PR2.0, more focus on better HTML5 support

 As Judaz said, only flash lite 4 is available. There will not be a flash 10.x.

Well, I tested Opera Mobile 11 on PR1.2 Nokia N8 with H264&AAC (.mp4) video as HTML5 style and did not work. Obivously licensing issues prevents Opera to incorporate H264 decoders within.. Ogg is suggested..

@krisq - Astound doesnt have PR2...Nokia employees have clarified that. It has a special firmware with certain PR2 features.
