Hello Guys !!

This Is Karim From Egypt !!

Yea !!

I have A Very Annoying  Issue Since I Bought My N8 !!

this Phone is Awesome I Love it So Much Except this Little Thing !!

I Bought the device 4 months ago !

From Qatar !

it freezes while chrging throught the adapter ot usb !!

when i leave it charging in night since i keep my phones charges over night and i go sleep !!

when i wake up i find the device totally dead ! 

nothing in screen nothing !! at all

like it hadd been powered off !!

i try to power it back but nothibg too !!

i restart it by pressing power button forr 8 seconds

and voila it comes back !!

and the battery even not fully charaged !!

this happens on the anna firmware !!

and after updating to belle !!

really i don`t know why the hell this happening !!

please i need ur help asap !!

as i receive very important calls or messages 24-7

Hi Karim,

Thankyou for the multitude of exclamation marks. It appears you have a hardware issue. I too had battery issues and the charging light on the side of my N8 flicker when i had problems. They had to replace the handset due to electrical circuit board faults.

You need to take your Nokia to your local Nokia Care point for them to take a look at and repair.

Hi Karim..

Just as Adrian mentioned above, the only solution for u right now is to get your N8 replaced or serviced at the nearest local Nokia Carepoint or better still, if possible, return it to where u bought it which is Qatar.
I'm afraid there's nothing u can do about it from the software point of view as it is a hardware circuitry problem. Just remember to do a backup of your important data before sending it in for a replacement.

first i wanna appologize about exclamation marks !

its bad happit i think !

oh am doing it again !

am a web developper and i put it really much !

but i wanna make some thing clear

the device freezes after complete charge !

it freezes when i put it on charger at ( IDLE )

after it charges completly and stiil on charger !

if i puuled the charger after the beeb of completing charge

every thing is oky and nothing happens !

i wanna make this clear as i noticed that thing if this makes any diffrence !

i can`t get it back to qatar at this time !

but i wanna make sure that ITS A haedware problem !

and i bought it in an offer anf ther was no gurantee over the device !!

so i wanna make sure that is harware problem !

i can fix it at nokia agents in egypt but really the quality of repairng service of nokie agents her in egypt sucks !!

i hope that nothing in hardware ( cross fingers )

ok, but i really think you should take heed of the advice given to you on here and take it to your Nokia Care point. Not going to say anymore
