Hi everyone,

I'm using N8-00 and I hated this "Nokia Belle Refresh" version and I want to downgrade it to Nokia Belle.

How can I do that?

Why am I want to downgrade?

- There is no advanced photo editor, Old one has "red eye correction, adding animations, writing texts on the picture, resizing the picture etc."

- Nokia City Lens doesn't work at Belle Fresh!

- It shows read messages as unread, I have to restart the phone to make them read!

- It's not working stable...

Unfortunately as far as this manufacturer's sponsored forum is concerned the answer is that you can't!

I'd advise re-installing the firmware as it sounds like something has gone wrong.

The photo editor and messaging are working fine on mine, 111.040.1511.

There is a work around for City Lens, Google it, I can't remember it exactly but it involves starting the app then canceling straight away to stop an initial process which is causing the problem.

Found the Spell checker in the Format Bar.

I will re-install it.

As Nokia, Symbian and Meego users were trial for City lens, now nokia doesn't support it for symbian&meego. You can check it from nokia's beta labs.
