Belle Update problem.

I've tried severally to update to Belle but couldn't. I have the current version of suite yet it writes: service unavailable. Pls I need solution. I've just hard resetted my n8 yet it persisted.

There isn't a single person on the official Nokia site that will give out that information. The procedure can damage the phone and therefore invalidate any warranty that may remain.
