How to make SIP calls over 3G Nokia N8

 Hai Dear

 

Nokia N8  I can't seem to make SIP calls over 3G. The sip registers successfully to the voip provider (voipdiscount) but when I try to place an internet call, no ring tone is heard and after about 50-60s, the phone says "connection time out". I have been making SIP over wificalls successfully & good voice quality
