Does IMAP Idle (RFC 2177) work as it should with the built-in e-mail client in the N97 mini?

Hi drseehas,

 

Nokia Messaging supports IMAP idle on all versions, excluding 2.0 and 3.0. So your Nokia N97 should be able to handle it, especially when accessing through Nokia Messaging.  

 

Set it up and let us know if you run into any problems.
