Intermittent key pad functionality

Intermittent key pad functionality

Hi any ideas on this one. I have a 6220 Classic, about 6 months old (Orange Network) and the key pad has intermittent functionality! Sometimes the keys work and sometimes not. I this a known problem and is there a solution?

I would welcome any suggestions.

Any ideas welcome.
