Internet Message Access Protocol(IMAP) diabled?? Where?

Is it Nokia, Hotmail(Microsoft) or my network provider that have the ability to disable IMAP in my 808 phone??

Is it me somehow? How I turn this ON again for my Hotmail email accounts? Only Exchange ActiveSync use this but can only handle one email account...for years the Hotmail have had the same for several email account on my N8 and 808!
