Thanks for the preview, el loco. My understanding is that the N96 will appear in Carphone Warehouse stores in the UK in August. Has there been any word about a North American version yet?

I'll bet good money that it won't be available May 7th. Be aware that Nokir or Nokla are already selling a model called N96. So check that you are not buying some chinesse knock-off.

Mmm, well, my trusted sources tell me that May is totally out of the question.

But that's as far as their are willing to confirm.

Following the previous products release cycle we should expect to see some bloggers doing some reports with pre-released products, at least a month before it goes into sale if not more, since this hasn't started it's also indication that May is not realistic.
